Meet the Staff

Dr. Mark L. Keiser, Dr. Bruce P. Mandel and Dr. Peter E. Joseph have joined together with the common goal of providing the highest quality of periodontal and implant health care.  Doctors Mandel & Keiser are graduates of the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland, and also completed their hospital residency and periodontal residency training there.  Dr. Peter E. Joseph is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Dental School and completed his periodontal residency at Louisiana State University.  All told, each Doctor has completed twelve years of higher education in the delivery of periodontal and implant care as well as attending continuing education courses each year. 

As specialists in Periodontics, our expertise is available to provide therapy for the diseases that affect the supporting structures of teeth.  The comprehensive practice methods we utilize focus on the potential of non-surgical care, regenerative surgical therapy, coordinated implant therapy, and creating an optimal periodontal environment for restorative dentistry.  The entire team is dedicated to providing care that will maximize your future outlook for a healthy smile and your overall well-being.
